Shipping Methods

  1. Digital Products (Software Licenses):
    • Delivery Method: Email
    • Delivery Time: Typically within 24 hours of purchase.
    • Shipping Cost: Free
  2. Physical Products:
    • Delivery Method: Standard shipping / Fast shipping 
    • Shipping Cost: Each product has its own shipping cost, which will be displayed at checkout.
    • Delivery Time: Each product has its own estimated delivery time, which will be provided at checkout. Or product page

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

EpicStash-LTD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

EpicStash-LTD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries, including the United States and Europe. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.
